Williams – Game #159 – Royal Pool Lite Up – bills of materials, 1956
Scope and Content Note
This subseries contains project files created and maintained by staff of Williams Manufacturing Company from 1946-1974. (Though the company was established in 1943 by Harry E. Williams, the earliest documentation in this collection from Williams is dated 1946.)
Designers of playfield drawings, as denoted by signatures or initials on the pages, include Harry E. Williams (“H.E.W.”), Gordon Horlick (“GTH”), and Harry Mabs (“HJMabs” or “HMabs”). Other documentation involves wiring diagrams, bills of materials, project schedules, correspondence, parts lists, reports, notices, memos, and other related information. Date range estimates for undated materials are given in brackets in the folder title; alternate titles indicated on parts lists are also given in brackets. Any diagrams noted in this subseries are diagrams of parts or other project components (not cabinet artwork or sketches of final pinball machines). Box 107 contains larger playfield drawings not originally maintained with the files in Boxes 21-65. Oversized drawings are housed flat in oversized folders within a map case drawer.
This subseries is arranged chronologically by project number.
