Scope and Content Note This series contains advertisements, planning materials, and instructions from the BLO. The planning materials detail which dolls or action figures to purchase; how to switch out the voice boxes; and how to return the altered products back to store shelves. There are also advertisements that help explain the BLO’s intention and purpose.
