The "Battleground: Monopoly vs Anti-Monopoly" manuscript is an early draft of the book Billion Dollar Monopoly Swindle written by Ralph Anspach. The manuscript contains some handwritten and typed notes and is dated 1997.
Heap Folk Art Monopoly papers
The Heap Folk Art Monopoly papers accompanied the museum’s acquisition of the John O. Heap Folk Art Monopoly game board, c. 1914. These papers include photographs, copies of the game design sheet and playing rules, and deposition-related documentation. The bulk of these materials are from 1975.
Philip E. Orbanes papers
The Philip E. Orbanes papers are a compilation of correspondence, legal contracts, newspaper articles, reference materials, research notes, game advertisements, photographs, audio files, and other papers collected and used by Philip E. Orbanes over the course of his career in the American toy and game industry. The bulk of the materials are from 1967 through 2005. Staff at The Strong recorded a video oral history of Orbanes in 2013.
